South East developer Devine Homes has reported a new confidence amongst purchasers, with ‘off plan’ buyers coming back to the market.

At two of its new homes developments, one in Billingshurst, which are due to be launched in the New Year, seven properties have already been sold, highlighting a boost in buyer buoyancy.

Louise Whitney, sales manager at Devine Homes, said: “Naturally we are delighted with the response we have had prior to the launch of our new developments.

“Off plan purchasers are coming back to the market with confidence and taking advantage of today’s market prices, as well as the flexibility of having more input in their new home at an early stage.”

Windmill Place in Billingshurst will be the first Devine Homes development to be launched early next year.

The eye-catching collection of two-to-five-bedroom homes offers contemporary living within a desirable location.

To date, the development has attracted downsizers looking to take advantage of the charming village location and traditionally designed new build properties, which come complete with a modern specification.

All homes have been designed to the high standards of the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3, meaning reduced running costs and a lower carbon footprint, with prices ranging from £235,000 to £599,950.
