LAST year I had a week’s holiday in your area and on January 3 I heard on Radio 4’s ‘You and Yours’ that your local council wants to sell a sports centre to develop more housing/retail.
By evidence of previous efforts in this direction - I refer to Maidenbower - they couldn’t do any worse.
