Sussex Building Control, the local authority building control service for Horsham District Council and Crawley Borough Council, is helping Kier Construction recruit local construction companies to build new homes in Sussex.
Sussex Building Control, in partnership with the FLASH+ project, is offering local small to medium sized construction companies the opportunity to attend a free two day workshop to find out how to become a supply chain member for Kier Construction to help it deliver exciting new homes across Sussex.
Kier is looking for local companies with skills such as groundwork, carpentry, brickwork, decorating, electrical installation, flooring, landscaping, mechanical and electrical, dry-lining, roofing, suspended ceilings, roads/paving, air testing, fencing, door specialists, guttering, mastic joining, plumbing, tiling, that would like to help it deliver a number of housing projects in Sussex.
Sussex Building Control is partnered with Kier to help it deliver safe, comfortable and energy efficient buildings for local residents and businesses.

*To attend, applicants must work for a small to medium sized enterprise with less than 250 employees and have a turnover of less than Euro 50 million or a balance sheet less than Euro 43 million. Businesses should be within the Construction/Built Environment sector and be located in Sussex.
