PLAISTOW electors will get the chance to choose their next Chichester District Councillor in a by-election TODAY (Thursday April 19.
The two candidates for the Plaistow ward are Nick Thomas of the Conservative Party and Ray Cooper of the Liberal Democrat Party.
Polling stations will be open from 7am to 10pm.
