A derelict caravan was set on fire in West Chiltington on Sunday morning.
West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene in West Chiltington Lane shortly before 7am on October 26.
Firefighters extinguished the fire using a hose reel and are treating the incident as a case of deliberate ignition.
