A donkey had to be rescued after becoming stuck in a four foot deep ‘tank’ in Rudgwick yesterday (Wednesday July 16).
Four technical rescue unit officers were called to farmland off Guildford Road at about 10am.
The officers removed the donkey using animal rescue equipment and left the scene at about 11.30am.
