Firefighters attended a blaze on Denne Hill in Horsham yesterday afternoon (Monday June 30).
Emergency services were called at about 5.10pm.
The fire had ignited in cut back forestry within the woodland.
The flames and surrounding area were damped down by firefighters using a hose reel and drag rakes.
