A COWFOLD company is celebrating after collecting gold at the Swimming Pool and Allied Trades Association Awards in Brighton on Sunday (February 5).
Fowler Swimming Pools was given the award for residential indoor pools over £75,000 and up to £150,000, sponsored by Golden Coast, in recognition of the company’s outstanding design and construction of the award winning pool.
Phil Pamment, from Fowler Swimming Pools, said: “We are delighted to have been recognised at the 2012 SPATA awards.
“This win is a worthy testament to our team’s continued efforts and hard work over the past 12 months.”
The awards, organised by SPATA, which represents more than 180 specialist pool companies across the UK, including some overseas members, highlights the achievements of the pool industry by showcasing the best examples of construction, design and innovation.
Chris Hayes, managing director of SPATA, said: “This year proved to be incredibly popular, creating tough decisions for the judges with a shortlist of 133 entries across 21 categories.
“The excellent work displayed by our members demonstrates the value of choosing a SPATA member to design, build and / or renovate your pool.”
