Broadbridge Heath Parish Council will consider an application for 165 homes at a meeting tonight (Tuesday January 21).
Developer Gleeson Developments have applied to build on land north of Old Guildford Road.
The plans include 165 residential dwellings, including affordable housing, a 60-bed care home with separate staff accommodation, two new vehicular accesses, associated infrastructure, groundworks, open space and landscaping.
The meeting will take place at St John’s Community Hall at 7.45pm.
