A CHALLENGE has been taken up a new Horsham-based youth charity to fill the gaps left by West Sussex County Council’s cuts to the area’s youth services.
‘4 The Youth’ has been running youth groups for 10 to 13 year olds at both Horsham and Needles Youth Centres and Forest Youth Wing.
Now it is looking for volunteers, members and donations to help it expand.
