Pubgoers can win prizes for buying food and drink in Hall & Woodhouse pubs.
The brewer has launched its first app - available for free download - which includes a pub search, directory and map, a path taking in 100 pubs, a selection of guaranteed prizes for visiting multiple houses and a ‘spin the wheel’ game for the chance to win a different prize.
Path to Prizes offers customers the chance to win a free drink, a case of Badger ale, a weekend away for two, private beer tasting with award winning head brewer Toby Heasman or £1,500 cash.
David Hoare, retail director for the brewer, commented: “We are delighted to be launching our fist app designed to reward our guests for visiting new public houses.
“Our aim was to create a fun way to reward our guests and we believe the pathway combined with our ‘spin the wheel’ game achieves that, the mechanic is simple – the more houses you visit, the more exciting the prizes are!
“The app is live now and available for Android and Apple users to download and enjoy for free!”
There is a paper-based version of the app for customers who do not have a smartphone, these are available to pick up in each public house taking part in the promotion.
