A member of Crawley and Horsham Hunt was sentenced this week for illegally hunting a fox near Arundel.
Nick Bycroft, 48, of Kennel Lane, West Grinstead, pleaded guilty to one count of hunting a wild mammal with dogs.
On Tuesday, Worthing magistrates heard that the incident happened at Angmering Park on February 19 this year.
He was given a one year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £150 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
