A Horsham man has been charged with theft of a vehicle.
It comes after an incident in February outside the Swan Hotel in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, which followed a collision with a brick wall in Moat Road, East Grinstead later that day.
Charles McDonagh, 29, a builder, of Bishopric Court, Horsham, and Bernard McDonagh, 28, unemployed, of Singleton Close, Croydon will appear in Crawley Magistrates’ Court on May 30.
