Henfield charity, Know Dementia, supporting families affected by dementia in the area, are holding a community meeting to identify how services and neighbourhoods can help support residents and keep them part of the community.
If you have just received diagnosis, know someone who has, or interested in helping your neighbour, please join the parishes of Henfield, West Grinstead, Shermanbury and Cowfold. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 26, 2pm in Henfield Hall, Henfield.
